Management board of a company is always very important! They are the ones who lead the company to develop, also encourage and support staff. In particular, the cooperation among the members of the top management is extremely important. To boost their unity and closer cooperation, as well as improve the management skills, Bluestar Mould Group has organized outdoor team building for the whole management board on the day 19.09.2015 at Renzhongren Base of Xichong Workers Resort.

Attendees of this team building activity are all the leaders of the Group, from managers to directors and all the activities took place on the whole Sunday (19.09.2015) with the subject as "Melting Team". The significance of this subject is to help all the members of the management board to collaborate more closely together, as well as to enhance the leadership skills of each individual. Also through this, they all would be able to better understand Alone we can do so little; Together we can do so much”!  - Helen Keller.

At Bluestar Mould Group, we always uphold the spirit of teamwork, and the leaders are the ones who set an example for our employees. Teamwork is one of the reasons that help Bluestar Mould Group get the fast growth and high appreciation from the domestic business and partners. This team building activity is to make the teamwork spirit of our leaders hotter, then they will have to be consensual and work together toward the common goal of the group.

In this team building, attendees are divided into four different teams to compete overcoming the challenges given by the guidelines. The activities were started from the morning with icebreaking, building and developing teamwork, overcoming overhead bridge. Then, in the afternoon's activities require more cooperative spirit as building skyscrapers, or debating on issues…

The team building ended successfully when all the attendees are very exciting and eager throughout the whole day. This spirit was still retained until the next day, but the most important is that they all have had more cohesion and then get closer and better cooperation in job. Since then, not only for corporations but also develop better support for our partners!
