To achieve annual business goals, as well as to raise the company’s management ability, on the 1^st of July, BSM Group organized a management level meeting to launch the project "Annual Business Plan and Overall Budget." This meeting was held in the context when the company is entering into a new phase with stronger growth, especially after setting up the plant No.2, that increases our manufacturing capacity, and investment plan into the industrial park is entering an important phase.

At the meeting, we were very honored to be welcomed Mr.Tang Zheng, chief consultant of SINBO (Sibo Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd.), as well as SINBO’s teachers and all members of BSM Group’s Management Board. The meeting was held successfully with the enthusiastic comments from Mr.Tang and the unanimous agreement of all BSM Group’s members.

During the meeting, Mr.Tang introduced very completely the basic topics of the annual business plan and overall budget management in the enterprise. At the same time, he also highlighted the importance of having an efficient management plan for both business objectives and budget of a business. With this project, the management will not only make plans but also manage the activities of their department in the most effective way, to achieve the business objectives of the company. Therefore, this project will also include improving the management level of the high positions and our company’s management ability.
