Zhongjun Uehara Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between Zhejiang Zhongxing Precision Industry Co., Ltd. (CPT) and Japan Uehara Co., Ltd. (UEHARA). It was established in April 2009 with the a registered capital of $10 million.

Its auto parts business is focused OEM and Tier-1 customers, mainly on the development of automotive interior and exterior decoration parts.
