At Bluestar Mould Group, the quality is the foundation of our brand! We always focus on quality control as well as quality assurance. Meanwhile, the successful production of plastic components associated with the extrusion, injection and compression molding greatly depends on the mold material selection. Mould steel plays a crucial role in mould manufacturing. With that understanding, since this year, we started to cooperate with a third party to control all the cavity and core steels that we use in our manufacturing. 

We signed an agreement with Anbotek Compliance Laboratory Limited. and started to cooperate with them since March 2016. Anbotek is an independent and professional third party company dedicated to providing clients one-stop services in the areas of inspection, verification, testing and certification. Their service scope covers testing, as well as certification and consultation for safety, EMC, hazardous substance, environment reliability, energy efficiency purposes and more.

According to the agreement, we will give them 2 samples (over 20g) to test and ensure that the steels are consistent to prevent unnecessary mistakes after the order. After that, Anbotek will submit a report with all the detail of the testing and we can check it right on the homepage of Anbotek with the report number. This will be applied for all of our mould making projects.

With this cooperation, the quality of all the steels for making mould cavities and cores will be assured and we can prevent problem about tool steel in mould manufacturing. Thereby, we will bring our customers better satisfaction with our mould making services!
