After
20 years of development, now BSM Group has gained a certain number of
achievements, especially the trust and long-term cooperation of many partners
around the world BSM Group has become a reliable
strategic partner of fortune 100 companies in the world. Along with this
development, we are building plant No.2 for tool making and mold trial. From which, we will meet the requirements of our existing and future
partners better.
This plant No.2 covers a total area of 10,000m2 and
is fully equipped with advanced technology for manufacturing as well as
ensuring occupational safety. In which, we will have 3000m2 for tool assembly.
With this area, we have equipped big fitting
machines and CNC machines, thereby increase 40% tool making capacity.
Beside for tool making, this plant will have more
than 1000m2 for mold trial. Here, we have equipped with 10 mold trial injection
machines from 168T to 1600T:

The splant No.2 is
located opposite the main gate of the factory No. 1 in Shajing, Bao'an,
Shenzhen, so it will be very convenient for the management and operation. In
order to ensure effective production at the plant, we will also apply the 5S
method, similar to the plant No.1. Also, with the expansion of this production,
we will also increase the number of skilled and experienced employees to manage
and participate in production.
Beside
building the factory No.2, BSM Group also has an
investment plan on constructing an Industrial Park in Dongguan, Guangdong. This
industrial park will focus on automotive parts design and manufacturing. This
is a big plan that will take longer time!
