In 17 and July 18, 2015, BSM Group held an internal meeting to sum up the results achieved in the first half of 2015. The participants of this meeting 2 days included BSM President, heads of each dept and executive levels and the staff. In addition, BSM Group specially invited two management experts from SINBO (a famous enterprise management company in Shenzhen) to participate and give us ideas and advice. 

The review activities primarily come from customers’ satisfactions, tasks implementation, managing subordinates, team building, oriented plans, and other aspects… From this review, BSM Group has summarized some certain achievements, but also explicitly been aware of the shortcomings that need to be overcome as well as to define the specific and clear orientations for the work in the second half of this year.

The review and acknowledge on the shortcomings are necessary for BSM Group and have been always focused on, because from which our corporation could grow into what it is today. With the unremitting efforts together and the faith in the future forward of the whole corporation, and the goal of "To set the industry benchmark and to establish a centenary Bluestar", BSM Group will always be better each day.
