With the purpose of increasing manufacturing capacity to serve our partners better, since April 2015, Bluestar Mould Group has started building the plant No.2. This plant is opposite to the plant No.1 in Shajing, Bao'an District, Shenzhen.

This plant No. 2 will assist Bluestar Mould Group to increase tool making capacity up to 40%. Currently, the tool assembly area with over 3.000m2 has been put into operation and a series of projects are being completed here. At the same time, our group is also equipping this area with CNC machines and big fitting machines.

Besides tool making area, the plant No.2 also has a mold trial area. In which, now we are equipping 10 sets of injection molding machines with a capacity from 168T to 1600T. This area is currently being finalized and has not been put into use.

In the coming time, we will accelerate the completion of this plant, especially the area of Automotive Part & Accessory System R&D Center. Besides, with the corporate tenet is “quality sets up our brand and integrity is the basic norm for our success”, we will continue to focus on improving the quality of manufacturing, both moulds and plastic parts made at our plants.
