With nearly 25 years of development, now Bluestar Mould Group has customers over the world and has been setting up successfully a global customer service network. Particularly, we have about 30% of customers in North America with after sales service in the US and Mexico. Recently, we have set up a new office in the US to bring better service for our customers there.
The office is located exactly at Liberty Center, Troy Michigan, USA and has hours of 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. However, we provide a 24/7 service to all of our customers since at the moment we have both Sales and Engineer with 2 assistants here. All the phone calls and mails will be directed to our key persons at any time, while their assistants are mainly in charge of greeting visitors or answering phone calls and directing to them all days.
