Bluestar Promotes the Work for Integration of Informatization and Industrialization

In response to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's deployment requirements for strengthening the integration of informationization and industrialization, Bluestar Technology plans to complete the standardization work in 2018 and pass the national assessment in 2019.In order to ensure the smooth development of the standardization work, and to pass the evaluation of the standard on time, with quality and quantity, and improve the management level of our company. August 8th, 2018, we held a launch meeting for two-in-one integration management system in our Shajing factory. We also invited Shenzhen Huineng Energy Saving Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huineng) as the consulting service organization of the project; they will help us to carry out the work related to the two-in-one integration management system.

At the meeting, teacher Fu Haixiang from Huineng introduce the project and arrange the specific promotion work to the company management representatives, members of the two-integration management committee & working group and the relevant department representatives. At the same time, through interviews, they collected and analyze the current status.

Bluestar has specially formulated the “Implementation Plan for the Standardization of the Two-in-one Integration Management System.” and the project will be divided into 7 phases including the start of the standard, the investigation and existing situation, the system analysis and planning, the preparation and release of the documents, trial operation, internal audit and management review and assessment, with a view to achieving the following targets:


1.Optimize and improve existing workflows to improve the efficiency of the two-in-one integration management process;

2.Establish a sound two-in-one integration management system to form a complete system document;

3.Enhance new capabilities in the information environment;

4.Pass the National assessment of two-inclusive management system.

Bluestar will strengthen leadership, establish effective guarantees and long-term mechanisms, actively promote the participation of all employees, and apply the advanced management ideas in the two-integrated management system to daily work.
