Bluestar Technology Build an Automotive Parts Factory In Mexico To Gain a Bright Future

June 7th ,2017, Bluestar Technology and the Entrada Group from Mexico held a joint venture construction ceremony in China. The management and related project team from both sides attended this event, and discussed the details of the factory construction in the further cooperation with full confidence.

The opportunity for the Mexico factory establishment is  the cooperation of Bluestar Technology and PI. These two enterprises began the first cooperation in 2011, until now we have worked together for over 20 projects in a smooth way.

The majority products of PI company are LED lighting system and electronics products, especially they have an extraordinary advantage in automotive lighting. Our projects are focusing in atmosphere lighting and small lighting products,  the terminal clients are Ford ,Tesla and other OEMs. 

In order to fit the customers’ requirments of supporting production, shortened lead time, high efficiency, , Bluestar Technology decided to build a factory in Fresnillo Zacatecas in Mexico. By then, Bluestar will dispatch related employees and material resources to Mexico, and gain the workshops and campus management, security and other services from the local company Entrada Group, to make sure the new factory go into operation smoothly.

Now, the automotive industry is upgrading from the use of conventional gasoline to new energy sources, thus there will be more strict to the standard of both car weight and related auto parts, which is a challenge and opportunity to Bluestar. To build a factory in Mexico, is undoubtedly that push Bluestar Technology to the center of the world’s automotive design and manufacturing region. If Bluestar have the ambitions to occupy a sit for our company in this industry, which still need a long way to go. Under this construction, Bluestar have the faith and determine to best auto parts supplier in the word, especially under the marketing conception guidance of “Global Service” and client-oriented, try to pursuit the excellent service.

Bluestar is changing  gradually from a traditional mold maker to a multi-aspect automotive parts manufactuer. North American is a developed region of the auto industry, there are many automobile manufacturers and their tier 1 & 2 suppliers regionally-concentrated, which formed a mature and intensive automotive industry.

The Investment Background of Mexico:

Freshnillo City in Zacatecas State government welcomeChinese investment, they provided different supports of politics, visas and tax privilege, in order to attract the foreign investors. China and Mexico has signed “Agreement on the Promotion and Mutual Protection of Investment”, “Tax Politics of Both investment in China and Mexico”. 

In 2013, the Mexico International Trade Bank identified six priority sectors for cooperation with China, which including Mining, Automobile, Food, Electronics, Logistics, Tourism etc. China and Mexico government will work together to coordinate and offer more convenience to two sides investors.
