Bluestar held a seminar on the crisis and quality in 2018
Recent years, after a series of management infrastructure and system construction, and continuous improvement to pursue of quality, patent, sales and branding, Bluestar Technology achieve and develop a lot . As a foreign-trade manufacturing company, we are experiencing the impact of the “trade war” as well as the strong competition with our peers; and for ourselves, increasing orders and works give us more pressure which made our employees more aware of quality and brand awareness.
In the afternoon of June 27, Bluestar Technology held a seminar on the crisis and quality in 2018 in the conference room on the 4th floor of Shen Zhen KJ Hotel. Top management,leaders of various departments and our foreign colleague joined the meeting. The conference mainly focused on the current management model and direction of each division, with particular emphasis on quality management, maintenance of branding, and related management methods. Some of the management team and Philip shared their management ideas and experiences in different perspectives. Each department sent 2 or 3 colleagues to share their opinions and ideas at the same time.
Under the background of this era, Bluestar is currently facing both internal and external pressures and challenges. We need to build a strong sense of crisis, fight together against this wave.
