In 1992, Bluestar Mould was founded as "Kam Wo Industrial Co., Ltd.” in Hong Kong. At the moment, our headquarter as well as the facilities are located in Shenzhen while we are still a member of organizations in Hong Kong and have a representative office at Tuen Mun Central Square. At the end of this August, Bluestar Mould became a member of The Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI).
FHKI, which was established in 1960, is a business organization (a Not-for-profit organization) for industrial companies in Hong Kong. Since 1985, the Federation has its Legislative Council representative through the Industrial (First) functional constituency. At the moment, the Chairman of this federation is Prof Daniel M Cheng.

The objectives of FHKI are:
- To promote and foster the interests of Hong Kong's industrial and business communities.
- To promote trade, investment, technological advancement, manpower development, and business opportunities in Hong Kong.
- To represent business's views and advise the government on policies and legislation which affect business.

On 1Sept 2015, Bluestar also attended The New Members’ Cocktail which was held by FHKI and kick-started by its Chairman, Prof Daniel M Cheng. Deputy Chairmen, Dr. Daniel Yip and Dr. Jack Yeung, and over 20 General Committee Members and 70 new members joined the Cocktail and had a great evening by meeting members from various sectors.
