's 2019-2020 Annual Business Conference: Perseverance and Growth
On January 17, 2020, Bluestar Technology's
2019 Summary and 2020 Prospect Planning and Operation Conference were held in
Shenzhen Evergreen Resort. Participants in this annual business meeting include
President Philip Huang, the President's Office, the first- and second-level
management and core employees of various operating divisions and functional
departments.
Mr. Tan, GM of Operations, made an opening
report for this annual business meeting, summarized the company's operating
results in various aspects in 2019, analyzed the company's performance
structure in 2019, and conveyed the direction and goals of key work in 2020 to
colleagues. At the same time, he also shared with us a preview of the new
market trends in the new period. The first-level managers of each business
division and functional department also conduct a summary analysis of the
department's work in 2019 and share their department's 2020 prospects from the
perspective of the department's core competitiveness.
At the meeting, Bluestar made a series of
awards to related high-performance teams, excellent sales, excellent managers,
outstanding professional managers, etc. to encourage each colleague to adhere
to his/her own position, affirmed that they did not forget their original
intentions and worked hard to achieve personal growth and make progress with
the company.
At the end of the meeting, President Philip
Huang made a report. Under the "stable" and "simplified"
business guidelines, Bluestar has achieved certain results, which is something
we are proud of. He also reflect on our past mistakes and unreasonable places
in our work, which must be focused on and improved in the coming year.
In 2020, we may have to face greater
challenges and adjustments, from the reshuffle of the international order and
