With the purpose of having a deeper understanding with our partners and enhancing our relationship, in this June, beside our visit to Pacific Insight in Mexico, we also had a visit to some other partners in Europe. In this trip, our team included 5 people: Mr.Philip Huang (BSM President), Mr.Peter (VP of Fareast Molding – a company of BSM Group), Ms.Angela (Sales Director of Fareast Molding), Mr.Lloyd (Sales Direct or Bluestar Mould) and Ms.Kate (Sales Manager of Fareast Molding).

This is also a long trip to visit 10 customers when our people did not only travel to one country, but some: France, Czech and Germany. 

Among these partners, we have been cooperating with The Kasko company in Slavkov, Czech Replublic and Siplast in Lyon, France and having very good friendship with both these partners for many years. Besides, we also had the agreement for supporting together.

The Kasko company was founded in 1992. From its foundation, it has remained a purely Czech company without foreign capital.The main business plan is the development and injection mouldings, constructions and the production of moulds and tools. The Kasko company and BSM have been establishing a relationship for 8 years. They also agreed to be one of our customer service center in Czech, which can help BSM bring more benefits to our partners in this country. Meanwhile, Siplast and BSM have been cooperating for nearly 5 years, and they are also the station for our partners in France when they ask for service there. 

During the trip, our team also took the chance to introduce more about BSM Group, especially our plan for the new phase when we just completed a new plant that will increase our capacity in not only mold making, but also part manufacturing. After this trip, all of members in the team said that they had a very great time in Europe with friendly host. Moreover, we could learn a lot from our partners and will apply in our company!
