Development of Bluestar Technology Sales Training
On August 18, 2017,
the American colleague John of Bluestar Technology gave a regular training to
our sales team in our headquarters, where located in Software Industry Base of
Nanshan district.
Since the
establishment of Bluestar Technology, the client as the center during our jobs,
under the premise that in both quality and process management, we always pay
attention to development of the accumulation of domestic and foreign customers,
also the related information collection. In this training, John put forward to
develop the new direction of the clients, explained to the sales team the
presence of the automobile and auto parts industry in North America, and
according to this situation, our sales team could adjust the sales strategies
to get more clients.
Through this
training, the trainees expressed that they have benefited a lot clear direction,
both in the process of developing clients and in communication with them. Under
the intense competition of this market, thanks to the whole company support for
the sales team, and increased the investment in equipment and process
