New Year Greeting from BSM's General Manager

We just organized a New Year Party on Jan 16th, 2016. This is the time for us to review what we have done in 2015, as well as to prepare for 2016. On this occasion, our General Manager - Mr.Philip Huang - had a speech to say good bye to 2015 and greet 2016. The below is the content of his speech:


New Year Greeting 2016 from GM


"Dear customers, colleagues, partners, relatives and friends!


First, I wish you Happy New Year on behalf of our company leading group. This is the moment to say goodbye to the past and embrace the new, also the moment of gratitude.


In spite of economic slowdown, pains of reforms at different stages and more serious haze, we are still making efforts, insisting and stepping forward. 


In the past year, our business capacity was quickly raised; learning capacity became higher, ideology of our leading teams freed.  The marketing team became stronger, patent projects increased. Successful cases serving global auto brands expanded .We have more projects making synchronous research & development for clients and became original suppliers of multiple auto manufacturers , including Toyota,Changan PSA, Zotye automobile, which was a milestones of a new stage for BSM Group's development.


All these achievements can’t be separated from your hard-working, devotion, supports and understanding. Thank you all.


Our progress is obvious, but we still have a far way to go to achieve the goal, our growth in annual total output value doesn’t meet our expectation. This is the moment to review the achievements in the past year, also the time to plan for the future. Looking to the new year, we adhere to the core concept that “deeply dig into market and develop based on quality” to proceed comprehensive reform.


Put customer first, provide valuable products and services to our customers. At the same time, improve output capacity and enhance business competitiveness. We cannot focus on quality control and realize industry level techniques without streamlining, normalization and specialization.


To globalize our business, our team should be professionalized.  Our professional level is relatively low comparing with outstanding professionalism. Some employees have impassioned speech, but their action is far from professionalism; Some are arrogant, but they have no idea about connotation of really outstanding companies and industry trend, even don’t know about the potential achievements others are unwilling to publish. We will widely recruit domestic and overseas talents to strengthen construction of professionalism.


We must establish distribution mechanism of the striver orientation, merit surpasses toil and more pay for more work to stimulate talent and enthusiasm of all staff, to stimulate their initiative and infinite creativity.


We must dig into market. Take technical, brand and team advantages to assist regular customers for their bigger success and promote stable market. Make North America, Europe and domestic market distribution and expand market channels to realize strategic goal of multi-channel business, enhance risk resistance capacity and development potentials.


We have to take a key and big step for our comprehensive reform in the new year. We will devote more efforts for realizing our mission and vision, holding obligations of the times.


Looking into 2016, base on the core idea of "Customer first, humanity respected, pragmatic integrity, foresight and innovation, sincerity and self-discipline, win-win cooperation", let’s make progress for a better future together.
