Position: Senior Sales Manager. Working based in USA
Location: Work in USA and report to Chinese Management team. 5-week days of 40 hours working hours/ week in USA home office or local office.

Context
Bluestar is looking for overseas sales. We are looking for someone who has the energy, determination, personality, interpersonal savvy along with a pro active approach, deep motivation and enthusiasm, to help us to grow and develop our company within the USA markets. You will be responsible for overseas business development, maintaining and developing customer relationship, independently carry out different sales activities(Including sales target confirmation, contract negotiation, rebate, data analysis, market competition analysis, training, customer visit, follow up key business opportunity, do different kinds of promotion, solve problems in sales process)etc. The ideal candidate will be with multiple capabilities in sales, products, statistics, marketing.

Responsibilities:
• Attain annual sales and profit-margin targets
• Identify, qualify, acquire and develop capable and successful channel partners in assigned territory
• Develop proposal generation and presentation
• Be the sales representative of Bluestar in the North America Market
• Develop new business and maintain good relationships with both existing customers and prospects.
• Complete monthly reports and expense reports in a timely manner
• Other responsibilities as and when they arise to be agreed
Specification and Requirements:
Essentials
• Age of 40 or above
• Good command of English (both oral and written)
• Over 10 years working experience
• Working in the automotive industry or lamps or Electric Packaged Mass Consumption Goods. Have relevant sales experience in plastic products and injection molds
• Abundant customer resources. Experience as Purchaser/Sales in automotive sector (automotive OEM- GM, Chrysler, Toyota, Nissan, Honda, BMW..., Tier 1/ Tier 2 Automotive Supplier) or Well-known lighting company in North America or Amazon sales.
• Proficient in exploring USA client base.
• Good interpersonal skills, comfortable dealing with all levels of business, comfortable communication style and excellent presentation skills
• Able to work independently with a high degree of autonomy, which is pro active and motivated.
