Secondly, intelligent manufacturing: intelligent production, customer requirements can decide on the production process, to achieve personalized production and small batch production, raw materials and components can go first, then expand to the whole process.Ten batches of production orders, for example, each batch is customized. Systerm can directly input the customers requirements to the automatic identification chip, the intelligent mixing materials system begin to identify the information and start to mix, then data transport to central control unit of the injection cloud platform, this platform judge how to allocate the materials, colors, stickers, inserts, and choose the mold, robots and automatic feeder system to complete the production, packing and delivery to the exclusive warehouse, and shipment.
Thirdly, intelligent service: intelligent active service, in the future intelligent injection mold machine and auxiliary equipment in the factory will receive the production status and data with the injection cloud, through the data analysis, finally it conclude which machine need maintenance, repair, and maybe some components need to be prepared in advance, change passive service into an intelligent active one would be safer and more efficient to our customer.
