A company that wants to develop in a strong and long term way, teamwork and self improvement for all the members of the company is essential, especially for new members of the company. Teambuilding program that was held on July 4 for the new members BSM Group with the purpose of enhancing the sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit as well as giving them a better understanding of the company’s culture.



The program was held at West Bay shoreline, Shenzhen with all new members under the chairmanship of the HR Director of BSM Group and the guidance of a trainer. In this program, new members would have to overcome many challenges and to devise intelligent. The members not only need to show their personal capacity, but also to demonstrate the cooperation with teammates effectively to overcome the challenges from the trainer.



The first challenge was for each couple, and they had to remove a rope that was tied in hands of two people without cutting the rope out. The purpose of this challenge is to make the participants to brainstorm in order to find their common solutions. If they did not find the right solution for removing the rope, the knot of the rope would become tighter and more difficult to remove. This challenge was not so easy, but with the creativity and flexibility of youth, the members quickly solved the problem. Indeed, "Nothing is impossible! Just brainstorm and you will find out the effective solution "!




Next, the members were divided into two teams to play together. In this challenge, the two teams will have to make up their mind before the match by taking an oath. Two captains representing two teams stand out to take the oath seriously and solemnly in the presence of all the people who were present. However, the most important thing is that all members must respect and have responsibility with the oath, and consensus towards the common goal of both teams. This is a very necessary thing in the work, because once they set a goal, they must be responsible with it, do their best efforts together with the team to achieve the company's overall objectives.
 


The next challenge was to train the mental as well as techniques of each individual. In this challenge, each member was blindfolded and lied on two chairs, then would have to bear the weight of another member stomping on his/her stomach. When the law came, they all felt that this was too difficult to implement! However, with the guidance of the trainer, the first member had completed excellently under marvelled eyes of the other members. After that, other members also completed successfully. They have realized that the challenge is tough but if they have not tried yet, they would not know whether they could overcome or not?



In addition, members also participated in other challenges that required greater teamwork, such as all had to overcome more than 20 meters distance with condition of walking on A4 paper and their limbs were not allowed to separate the limbs of another member; or another interesting challenge was to play blind football with those who do not need a blindfold ... Finally, the program ended in a good way and the participants have learned a lot from the challenges. The most important thing, in spite of not much time, is that the members have actually been forged and their teamwork as well as friendships were more advanced. These will greatly help them in their work at the company. All the members will come together to strive for a common goal of the company, for bringing the best satisfaction for our partners!
