BSM Group understands clearly that technology is developing very fast and impacting on manufacturing industry very much, includes injection molding industry, and it will change the way of manufacturing as well as enterprise management. Therefore, BSM Group is always working to develop and renew itself. Not only the leaders know, the staff level must also understand and agree with each other to change and improve the way of managing the work to get the best performance, bring concrete benefits for the partners. Therefore, on last Saturday - 18/7/2015, the company organized a training session on "Breakthrough Management" topic for the office staff and the management level.

The training program was taken place after Kick-off meeting: “Annual Business Plan and Overall Budget", and which is one of a series of activities directed to the project under the collaboration between BSM Group and SINBO. This training session was chaired by a trainer from SINBO, Mr.Feng - SINBO senior lecturer, who has trained thousands of enterprises across China on Enterprise Management.

During this training, Mr.Feng gave the fundamental problems that a manufacturing enterprise is facing: Less and less customers and they research vendors more carefully, increasing cost, lower and lower profits and management’s lack of leverage. So what will be the solution to these problems of the enterprise? During training sessions, Mr.Feng did not offer specific solutions, but gave our staff a basic view of the company has to face and need teamwork, consensus of all employees: innovate working and managing methods together!

Next, Mr.Feng introduced to the basic management models in the world today with the benefits that these models bring to the business. Each type of management has its own characteristics, but they all work towards effective management, or the development as well as the innovation of an enterprise. Besides, Mr.Feng also shared three major viewpoints of the executive management:

- Management is responsible for the performance (performance = Benefit + efficiency).
- Management is to allocate a resource.
- Management is always a business service (management model consistent with the business strategy).

In business management, we'll have three effective management of settlement. The first one is that we have to get smart and effective division of labor to maximize productivity of labor. Secondly, to enable organizations to maximize the efficiency, we have to combine specialization and hierarchical rates. And the third one is to maximize the efficiency of individuals we have to create the organizational environment to meet the needs, explore the potential.

Also, Mr.Feng shared about the ways how the employee can get more enthusiastic in their work, complete their work more productively. The application of statistical indicators and management systems are also very important and are included and discussed in the training sessions.
