With the understanding of the importance of management skills, Bluestar Mould Group is investing more and more in developing the management capability of the whole management board. Recently, Bluestar Mould Group has organized numerous activities for the management team, such as outdoor team building, or training on "Management Practices and Principles".

Training program on "Management Practices and Principles" was held for the chief of all the departments with the purpose to review their current management practices, as well as improve their management skills and principles. The training program was organized in October 9, at the Evergreen Resort.

The training was led directly by Mr.Philip Huang, the President of Bluestar Mould Group. During the training session, he shared a lot of his favorite things on management throughout the years he led the Group to develop. That time is a series of ups and downs with both difficulties and successes, and since then he has accumulated a lot of valuable experience, and now it is aggregated and shared back to the department heads. Besides, all the chiefs also reviewed their jobs, and saw what has been done, what needs to be fixed, modified.

Developing the leadership team in particular or personnel  the whole group in general is what Bluestar Mould Group has been focusing, besides improving manufacturing techniques and technology but also advancing the enterprise management capability. As the Chinese economy is slowing down, the mold industry is at the bottleneck period, advancing personnel and improving technology is necessary to do when you want to develop more and bring more benefits for your customers.
