Company operation, career and life, like football, have their own rules. In life, you need to follow social norms. In company operation, you need to follow industry rules and market force. A clear goal, a persistent will, the spirit of arduous struggle, and the spirit of teamwork and sharing are essential for everything.
I would like to take this opportunity to look back on the last ten years of BSM. It is surprising how similar BSM spirit and football spirit is! We have been through vicissitudes. But our perseverance and toughness helped us gain initiative in the competition. But there’s no time for ten-year’s anniversary celebration, since we still have a long way to go. We shall maintain the pioneering spirit, and embrace market challenges together.
